Аннотация
Начиная с 2016 г. управление сердечно-сосудистыми осложнениями регламентируется рядом документов, которые основаны на рекомендациях Европейского общества кардиологов и регулярно обновляются. В настоящем обзоре литературы представлены алгоритмы диагностики и коррекции нежелательных явлений со стороны сердечно-сосудистой системы, возникающих на фоне или после проведения противоопухолевой лекарственной терапии у пациентов с гематологическими злокачественными опухолями. Цель настоящей публикации заключается в анализе данных литературы, посвященных оптимизации ведения пациентов, находящихся на противоопухолевом лечении, возможностям по улучшению качества их жизни, а также снижению летальности от сердечно-сосудистых осложнений лекарственной терапии.
