Licensing

Full text of the Licensing Agreement is available in the Submission section. It is based on the following 3 key principals:

• LICENSE OF PUBLISHING RIGHTS
  I hereby grant to Journal Owner an exclusive publishing and distribution license in the manuscript identified above and any tables, illustrations or other material submitted for publication as part of the manuscript (the “Article”) in print, electronic and all other media (whether now known or later developed), in any form, in all languages, throughout the world, for the full term of copyright, and the right to license others to do the same, effective when the Article is accepted for publication. This license includes the right to enforce the rights granted hereunder against third parties.
• SCHOLARLY COMMUNICATION RIGHTS
  I understand that I retain the copyright in the Article and that no rights in patents, trademarks or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the Journal.
• COMMERCIAL USE.
  The Journal is granted the exclusive right to make or sub-license commercial use.

Online access

The Journal is available free of charge under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.

This allows users to read, copy, distribute and make derivative works for non-commercial purposes from the material, as long as the author of the original work is cited properly

Reprints

The Publisher retains the rights for commercial reprints. Any requests for reprints intended for commercial use shall be e-mailed to press@medprint.ru.
Third party repositories and data sharing

Preprints & Data Access

Authors can share their manuscripts (including accompanying data files), preprints and published articles in any third-party repositories (e.g., Mendeley or ResearchGate) at any time providing that:

• If accepted for publication, we encourage authors to link from the preprint to their formal publication via its Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
• Authors shall update their preprints with their accepted manuscript
• Shared Data Files comply with FAIR principals

Publication fee

Publication in Clinical Oncohematology is free for all authors.

The Clinical Oncohematology journal charge no publication fees for authors – including those of peer-review management, manuscript processing, journal production, Open-Access, online hosting and archiving.
