РЕФЕРАТ

Поражение клубочков почек при злокачественных опухолях встречается редко и носит морфологически гетерогенный характер. Несмотря на то что патоморфологическая взаимосвязь между опухолью и гломерулопатией не достаточно ясна, за последние десятилетия стали известны некоторые молекулярные механизмы паранеопластических гломерулопатий и патоморфологические особенности поражения почек при солидных опухолях, злокачественных лимфо- и миелопролиферативных заболеваниях.


Ключевые слова: мембранозная нефропатия, иммунотактоидная гломерулопатия, гломерулопатия с минимальными изменениями, фибриллярный гломерулонефрит, почечная недостаточность, анти-PLA2R1-антитело, белок c-mip.
