Secondary Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis in a Child with Myeloid Sarcoma: A Literature Review and Case Report

Вторичный гемофагоцитарный лимфогистиоцитоз (ГЛГ) является редким и опасным осложнением злокачественных новообразований у детей. Сложность подобных клинических ситуаций заключается в том, что вторичный ГЛГ затрудняет диагностику и своевременное начало лечения опухолевого заболевания. В настоящей публикации представлено собственное клиническое наблюдение вторичного ГЛГ у ребенка в возрасте 2 лет и 5 мес. При детальном обследовании больной диагностирована миелоидная саркома с поражением костей черепа и лицевого скелета с формированием множественных мягкотканных объемных образований. Предпринятые попытки купирования симптомов вторичного ГЛГ и программное лечение миелоидной саркомы не увенчались успехом. Учитывая высокую летальность и недостаточную эффективность существующих подходов к лечению вторичных ГЛГ, представляется крайне важным изучение и внедрение новых терапевтических стратегий с включением таргетных препаратов.
