This supplement to the journal " Clinical Oncohematology. Basic Research and Clinical Practice" publishes abstracts of papers and reports from two conferences: the II Scientific Conference "Cellular Technologies in Oncohematology", held on November 15, 2024 in St. Petersburg, and the IV Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Approaches to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hematological Diseases", held from January 23 to 25, 2025 in Moscow.

The II Scientific Conference "Cellular Technologies in Oncohematology" covered modern approaches and new opportunities in the treatment of oncohematological diseases, including the use of CAR T-cell therapy in the treatment of patients with malignant diseases of the hematopoietic system and various technologies for the development of CAR T-cells.

The IV scientific and practical conference “Modern approaches to diagnostics and treatment of hematological diseases” covered issues of diagnostics and treatment of hematological diseases, approaches to prevention and treatment of complications arising in the process of specific antitumor treatment, as well as problems of interdisciplinary interaction of doctors of various specialties arising in the process of diagnostics and treatment of hematological diseases.
